- Gold - Silver plus 1 accompaniment *
- Platinum - Gold plus fresh baked bread, service staff at station **

- Asian Sweet & Sour - A blend of Thai sweet chilis, fresh pineapple and tangy Sherry vinegar
- Italian Pepperonata - A lightly fried classic Italian medley of black olives, capers, peppers and mild onions
- Jamaican Jerk - A bold, rich and spicy Caribbean style sauce made from scratch
- Mexican Salsa - A fresh, diced vegetable salsa combined with classic Mexican spices
- Portuguese Piri Piri - A savoury pepper sauce served mild or fiery
